Account deletion

Delete your Dear Someday account.

You can request deletion of your Dear Someday account and associated scrapbook data from inside the app or by contacting support.

Delete From The App

1. Open Dear Someday.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose Account or Support options.
4. Follow the account deletion instructions shown in the app.

Delete By Email

Email hello@dearsomeday.app from the email address connected to your Dear Someday account. Include “Delete my Dear Someday account” in the subject line.

What Gets Deleted

Deletion removes or de-identifies account and scrapbook data associated with your account, including child profiles, saved memories, photos, voice recordings, and export records, subject to technical, legal, billing, security, and abuse-prevention retention needs.

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel active subscriptions through your Apple account. See Subscriptions for details.
