Terms of Use
Last updated: June 8, 2026
These Terms apply to your use of Dear Someday, a private family scrapbook app.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use Dear Someday only for lawful purposes.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the photos, captions, notes, voice recordings, child details, and other memories you add. You give Dear Someday permission to host, process, display, transmit, back up, and export that content only as needed to operate the app and provide requested features.
Family Sharing And Contributors
If you invite contributors or share a private scrapbook link, you are responsible for choosing trusted recipients. Do not invite anyone or share content unless you have permission to share the family information and media involved.
Subscriptions
Paid features require an active subscription. Dear Someday is launching with the Keepsake plan. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment method updates are handled by Apple according to Apple's terms and policies.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, exploitative, or infringing content.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to store or share.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, access another account, or misuse export links.
- Do not use Dear Someday to harass, threaten, or harm others.
Exports
Dear Someday may provide private hosted scrapbook export links. Export availability, expiration, and format may vary by plan and product status. You are encouraged to save important memories outside the app as well.
Service Availability
We work to keep Dear Someday reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability, or that every feature will remain unchanged.
Disclaimers
Dear Someday is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for content added by users or for how recipients use content that you choose to share.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dear Someday will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use of Dear Someday after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
