Subscriptions
Dear Someday Keepsake plan.
Dear Someday is launching with the Keepsake plan. Paid access is managed through Apple App Store subscriptions.
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing support.
Restore Purchases
If you subscribed but do not see paid access in the app, use the Restore Purchases option in Dear Someday. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Cancel A Subscription
To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, choose Dear Someday, and cancel the active subscription. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Export Window
If a subscription ends, Dear Someday may keep export access available for a limited grace period so you can request a private scrapbook link. Visit Data Export for details.
